COMPLETE PARAMETERS IN RELEASE Mar 15, 2008:
1. Risk Setting (default: 1)
Risk Setting Options:
0 – Manual Lot Size (NOT recommended for new user).
1 – Very Conservative Setting.
2 – Conservative Setting.
3 – Moderate Setting (This is best setting for Risk and Reward).
4 – Aggressive Setting.
5 – Very Aggressive Setting.
If you start using Point Break system, I suggest start with Very Conservative setting until you really understand how the EA works before start moving to higher risk setting.
Standard Lot Account:
- Very Conservative Setting:
For every 10,000 USD, The EA use 0.01 lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 lot per position for cycle M1.
- Conservative Setting:
For every 7,000 USD, The EA use 0.01 lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 lot per position for cycle M1.
- Moderate Setting:
For every 5,000 USD, The EA use 0.01 lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 lot per position for cycle M1.
- Aggressive Setting:
For every 3,500 USD, The EA use 0.01 lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 lot per position for cycle M1.
- Very Aggressive Setting:
For every 2,500 USD, The EA use 0.01 lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 lot per position for cycle M1.
Mini Lot Account:
- Very Conservative Setting:
For every 1,000 USD, The EA use 0.01 mini lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 mini lot per position for cycle M1.
- Conservative Setting:
For every 700 USD, The EA use 0.01mini lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 mini lot per position for cycle M1.
- Moderate Setting:
For every 500 USD, The EA use 0.01 mini lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 mini lot per position for cycle M1.
- Aggressive Setting:
For every 350 USD, The EA use 0.01 mini lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 mini lot per position for cycle M1.
- Very Aggressive Setting:
For every 250 USD, The EA use 0.01 mini lot per position for cycle C1-C4 and 0.02 mini lot per position for cycle M1.
Note:
It is not recommended to use Aggressive Setting and Very Aggressive setting for new capital; or you are not familiar with Point Break system.
2. SP_Distance (default: 100 points):
Minimum distance between Starting Points (SPs); from SP cycle-1 to SP cycle-2, from SP cycle-2 to SP cycle-3 and SP cycle-4, so on.
Note:
- Not recommended for new user to change this setting.
- Not recommended to set SP_Distance below 50.
3. Check_Position_Left (default: FALSE):
If you experienced that PointBreak EA left some positions after a cycle close, turn on this parameter (set to TRUE). If not, always set this parameter to FALSE.
=== C CYCLE CONTROL PARAMETERS ===
4. Enable_C1 (default: TRUE): to activate cycle-C1.
Note:
If you turn off this parameter (set to FALSE), the cycle-C1 still continue until profit target reached then stop the cycle.
5. Enable_C2 (default: TRUE): to activate cycle-C2.
Note:
If you turn off this parameter (set to FALSE), the cycle-C2 still continue until profit target reached then stop the cycle.
6. Enable_C3 (default: FALSE): to activate cycle-C3.
Note:
Same with C1 & C2 above. Not recommended for new user to activate cycle-C3.
7. Enable_C4 (default: FALSE): to activate cycle-C4.
Note:
Same with C1 & C2 above. Not recommended for new user to activate cycle-C4.
8. Enable_C_Buy (default: TRUE):
If you fill M_Buy_Pos = FALSE, the EA will not open Long positions on C Cycle (if you sure EUR in downtrend direction).
9. Enable_C_Sell (default: TRUE):
If you fill M_Sell_Pos = FALSE, the EA will not open Short positions on C Cycle (if you sure EUR in uptrend direction).
=== M CYCLE CONTROL PARAMETERS ===
10. Enable_M1 (default: TRUE): to activate cycle-M1.
Note:
The lot size used in cycle-M1 is two times bigger than in cycle C1-C4 (if M1_Lot_Multiply=2).
If you turn off this parameter, the cycle M1 still continue until profit target reached then stop the cycle.
11. M1_Lot_Multiply:
By default M Cycle will open new positions with 2x bigger then C cycle.
If you set M1_Lot_Multiply = 1, M cycle open new position with lot-size same as C cycle.
12. Enable_M1_Buy (default: TRUE):
If you fill M_Buy_Pos =FALSE, the EA will not open Long positions on M Cycle (if you sure EUR in downtrend direction).
13. Enable_M1_Sell (default: TRUE):
If you fill M_Sell_Pos = FALSE, the EA will not open Short positions on M Cycle (if you sure EUR in uptrend direction).
14. Enable_MACD_M1 (default: TRUE):
M Cycle open its position follow MACD indicator direction (D1 and H4 period). Set this parameters to FALSE, if you want M1 temporary open positions like C cycle (without MACD direction).
=== MSP Control ===
15. Enable_MSP_C1 (default: TRUE): to turn off build in Manipulate SP function for Cycle C1.
16. Enable_MSP_C2 (default: TRUE): to turn off build in Manipulate SP function for Cycle C2.
17. Enable_MSP_C3 (default: TRUE): to turn off build in Manipulate SP function for Cycle C3.
18. Enable_MSP_C4 (default: TRUE): to turn off build in Manipulate SP function for Cycle C4.
19. Enable_MSP_M1 (default: TRUE): to turn off build in Manipulate SP function for Cycle M1.
Note:
- Do not turn off the MSP function; unless you want to manually manipulate SP. (Advanced Settings will be discussed in our website/forum).
ADVANCE SETTING PARAMETERS:
=== Users Lot Size (FULL Edition only) ===
20. Lots_C1 (default: 0.01): manual enter lot size for Cycle C1.
Note:
- Not recommended for new user to manually enter the lot size cycle C1-C4.
- This setting will also determine lot size for cycle M1 (two times Lots_C1).
- To use this parameter, you must set the Risk Setting parameter above to 0 first.
21. Lots_C2 (default: 0.01): manual enter lot size for Cycle C2.
22. Lots_C3 (default: 0.01): manual enter lot size for Cycle C3.
23. Lots_C4 (default: 0.01): manual enter lot size for Cycle C4.
=== Manual MSP Control (FULL Edition only) ===
24. Force_MSP_Above (default: FALSE):
to manually manipulate SP in reversal direction (if you predict EUR will reverse from Uptrend to Downtrend). PointBreak EA will close profitable Long positions, move the SP above and add Short positions as EUR going down.
25. Force_MSP_Below (default: FALSE):
to manually manipulate SP in reversal direction (if you predict EUR will reverse from Downtrend to Uptrend). PointBreak EA will close profitable Short positions and move the SP above and add Long positions as EUR going up.
26. Force_MSP_CycleNum (default: 1):
Enter which cycle (C1-C4 or M1) you want to manipulate.
Enter 1 for Cycle C1, 2 for Cycle C2, 3 for Cycle C3, 4 for Cycle C4 and 5 for Cycle M1.
27. Force_MSP_LimitPrice (default: 0):
Enter where (at EUR price) the Manual MSP will be activated.
28. Move_SP (default: TRUE):
If you do not want the Starting Point to move after MSP process, turn off this parameter (set to FALSE). Turn off this parameters if you want to manually close some profit positions (Long or Short positions) but you are not sure the trend will reverse.
Note:
- The advance settings will show how powerful this EA after you fully understand how the system works.
- You can combine Point Break system with your own trading system
