We feel that the current high levels of demand could only be served by diminishing our service quality.

At the beginning of what would have been the third year, they never sent me the same person more than once or twice, because all the cleaners kept quitting.

On one occasion the person who showed up was not the person announced. I sometimes received as many as ten emails in one day, changing the appointment.

My impression is that this company is not actually run by a human being, but rather by a badly programmed computer that is increasingly out of control.
